To help me serve all my clients to the best of my ability, I’ve put together the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let me know at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance. This helps me offer your time slot to others who may need it. Deposit Policy: A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Should you need to cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, this deposit will be forfeited. Cancellation Fee: If an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of 20% of the service will apply, and the deposit will be forfeited. This helps cover the time reserved just for you. No-Show Policy: For those who are unable to make it without prior notice, a no-show fee of 30% of the service will be charged, and the deposit will be forfeited.
